Maturation:
Handling of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine,etc.) under low fermentation in a cool cellar in order to develop their flavour. Barrels containing beer or wine are placed on barrel stands of at leas 20 cm in order to allow the air to pass from below as well.
Our foundation, similarly to barrel stands, tries to give help development of common enterprises based on self-organization of unemployed people, independently from the cool circumstances.
We have started development of a national cooperation network. We are mainly looking for financial resources by applications but they do not make possible building the whole infrastucture. An other problem is ensuring self-financing parts required by the organizations issuing call for proposals.
We ask everybody who sympathize to our efforts for supporting us financially, by infrastructural donations or the 1% of their personal income tax.
