A nők sok mindent tanulnak nagyanyáiktól, akik sokszor ugyanolyan nagy hatással vannak unokáik életére, mint szüleik. A nagymama a család fundamentuma, ős szervezőereje. De a nagymama is volt fiatal, volt kislány, nagylány és nőcske. A nagymama stiklijeit jótékony homály borítja. Valaha büszkén viselt idomai és teste tabu. Egykori gondolatait és cselekedeteit jól fedő cenzúra és mítoszok szövevénye borítja. A film három nagymamám különböző életútját és karakterét mutatja be...

Women do learn a lot from their grandmothers, whom could have such effects on their grandchildrens life’s, just as their parents have. A grandmother is the base of the family, a great organizer. Once these ladies were young too, they were children, teenagers, brides. And we can tell that their youthful indiscretions are covered by the dim shadows of the past. Their old thoughts and actions are well cenzorshiped and are part of the family myths’. This film is about my three grandmas...

GLASER Katalin
1983-ban születtett Budapesten. 2001-ben a Képző- és Iparművészeti Szakközépiskola festő szakán végzett. 2003-ban a MOME animáció szakán, illetve vizuális környezetkultúra és tanári szakokon is diplomát szerzett. 2007-ben az Erasmus program keretében az Athéni Képzőművészeti Egyetem grafika szakán tanult. 2009 óta a MoME-n tanít. 2001 óta számos hazai csoportos kiállításon szerepelt, 2009-ben első önálló kiállítása Vergődő kentaur címmel volt látható a Liget Galériában. Készített logókat, szpotokat, részt vett több arculattervezési projektben.

Katalin GLASER
Katalin Glaser was born in 1983 in Budapest. She graduated from the Vocational Secondary School of Visual Arts in 2001. In 2003 she completed her studies at the Animation Faculty and the Faculty of Visual Environmental Culture and Teaching at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest. In the framework of the Erasmus Programme she studied at the Faculty of Graphics at the Athens Universityof Fine Arts, Greece in 2007. Since 2009 she has been a lecturer at Moholy-Nagy University. Since 2001 she has participated in several group exhibitions, and in 2009 she had her first individual exhibiton, entitled Struggling Centaur,in the Liget Galleryin Budapest. She has made logos, spots, and participated in several image design projects.
