Requirements:

• strong team leader with strong communication skills
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of proven succesful software project management experience
• will and ability to build excellent quality software products, not just prototypes
• good understanding of client/server and web-based technologies

Main areas of responsibility:

• total product ownership including architecture, specifications, and implementation
• close co-operation with partners, analysts, and the press
• timely releases of products
• building and managing Solid's R&D and QA personnel to maximize engineering quality, productivity, and personal growth
