Requirements:

• 8+ years demonstrable success in technical software sales, ideally in the data management or embedded markets to senior decision-makers
• 5+ years of successful team management experience
• good understanding of web, embedded systems, and data management technologies
• good interpersonal skills
• self-motivated and willing to travel

Main areas of responsibility:

• initiate and manage design-in sales-cycles with major prospects
• develop and manage the positive relationships that Solid has built with major partners and end-users
• meet the needs of Solid's customers through personal initiative and effective teamwork
• ensure that customer satisfaction with Solid is maintained and guaranteed
