Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing client/server applications and products
• good knowledge of various sw development tools and database interfaces
• familiarity with various operating systems
• hands-on expertise in databases, SQL, performance tuning
• analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
• ability to work both individually and as a team member
• customer service orientation

Main areas of responsibility:

• provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support through email and the web
• help customers (professional developers) with technical questions
• develop Solid's worldwide question+answer knowledge base
• participate in product and support documentation work
