what do the reverse vending machines do: scan for shapes(?), bar codes(?), cross-check the inventory(?) let's stick a QR code on top and offer a flighty distraction to idling workers along the line.

will the idling workers in the recycling process scan the code? →→ pdf to print QR codes!

will these codes just be simply ignored all along on account of being unrecognisable to the system?
