• Common: determination of the goals ensures voluntarily and equality.
•  Innovation: the common goal is development of a new product or service. You have fewer competitors so business success is expected.
•  Basis of Life: future members of such co-operations are primarily the unemployed people or people being in danger by unemployment. So, at the beginning their goal is rather remaining alive than becoming reach.
• Group: equals Society of people having the same interest. There is no hierarchy and members undertake distribution of the tasks voluntarily and, as evidence, they distribute equally the benefits arising from their activities. This, at the same time, means that their income is realised on the basis of their personal performance.
